Welcome to Text2Pic. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before placing an order or using our services.
1. Overview of Services
Text2Pic is a photo printing service. You upload photos through our website, select your desired print products, and we produce and ship them to you. By using our service, you agree to these Terms in full.
2. Account and Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are displayed on our website and may change without prior notice, though changes will not affect orders already placed.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. Text2Pic does not directly collect, store, or process your payment information, billing address, or other financial data. Your use of Stripe is subject to Stripe’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
4. Photo Uploads and Intellectual Property
By uploading photos to Text2Pic, you represent and warrant that you own the rights to those photos or have obtained all necessary permissions to reproduce them. You retain full ownership of your photos. By uploading them, you grant Text2Pic a limited, non-exclusive license to store and reproduce those photos solely for the purpose of fulfilling your orders.
You agree not to upload any content that is illegal, infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, or contains obscene, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable material. We reserve the right to refuse to print any content at our sole discretion.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We will make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the estimated time frames provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Text2Pic is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
6. Returns and Refunds
Because our products are custom-made from your uploaded photos, we generally cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or with a printing defect, please contact us within 10 days of delivery and we will arrange a reprint or refund at our discretion.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Text2Pic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the quality, accuracy, or reliability of our services, except as required by applicable law.
9. SMS/Text Message Terms of Service
Program Name: Text2Pic Order Notifications
Program Description: When you opt in to receive text messages from Text2Pic, you will receive transactional SMS messages related to your orders, including order confirmations, shipping updates, and delivery notifications.
By opting in to Text2Pic’s SMS notifications, you agree to the following terms:
Consent: By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated transactional text messages from Text2Pic at the mobile number you provided. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your order activity. You will typically receive messages when an order is confirmed, when it ships, and when it is delivered.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for details about your messaging plan.
Opt-Out: You can cancel SMS notifications at any time. Just text “STOP” to our messaging number. After you send “STOP,” we will send you a confirmation message. After that, you will no longer receive text messages from us. If you want to opt back in, you may do so through your account settings or by texting “START.”

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
