We collect limited information directly. When you place an order or create an account, the following personal information is collected and processed by our payment provider, Stripe, Inc.:

- Email address
- Phone number
- Billing and shipping address
- Payment information (credit/debit card details)
We do not store, process, or have direct access to your payment information. Stripe handles all financial and personal data in accordance with their own Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review Stripe’s privacy practices.
The only customer data we store directly is:
- Photos you upload to your customer profile for the purpose of fulfilling print orders
2. How We Use Your Information
Photos uploaded to your account are used solely to fulfill your print orders. We do not use your photos for marketing, advertising, promotional purposes, or any purpose other than producing and delivering the products you have ordered. After your photos are printed, they are deleted from our system.
3. SMS/Text Messaging
If you provide your phone number and consent to receive text messages, we may send you transactional SMS messages related to your orders, including order confirmations, shipping updates, and delivery notifications. These messages are sent through Twilio’s messaging platform.
By opting in to receive text messages from Text2Pic, you agree to the following:
- Messages are transactional only (order updates and shipping notifications).
- Message frequency varies based on your order activity.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- You can opt out at any time by texting STOP.
- For help, text HELP or contact us using the information below.
Your phone number and SMS consent information will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS-related data is used exclusively for delivering order-related notifications through our messaging provider.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We share information only with the following service providers as necessary to operate our business:
- Stripe — for payment processing and customer data management
- Twilio — for sending transactional SMS notifications
We may also disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
5. Photo Storage and Retention
Photos you upload are stored securely and are associated with your customer profile. We retain your photos until they are printed. If you delete your account or request that your photos be removed, we will delete them within 30 days of your request.
6. Data Security
We use commercially reasonable security measures to protect the photos stored on our platform, including encryption and access controls. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may request to:
- Access the photos we have stored in your account
- Delete your photos and account data
- Opt out of SMS notifications at any time by texting STOP
